The design of our coilers include a unique "bearing tube" with dual cup and cone Timken bearings and a sturdy cabinet base. Both motorized and pull-off type coils are available, depending on the requirement usage. Standard features and benefits of this coilers include - Manual or hydraulic expansion of the mandrel, Wedge or link type expansion, AC variable speed drives, Hydraulic threading drives, Quick release narrow coil keepers, Loop controls. The decoiler/ uncoiler manufactured by us are used for safe de-coiling of the coils. These decoiler have up to 2000 mm width and handles coils up to 40,000 kgs.The coilers manufactured at Hertz Control have low maintenance cost, high productivity and available at competitive prices.
